Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Rostering and Admin Coordinator who will be the first point of contact for our business.

About this unique opportunity:

As the first point of contact, you will be the friendly face that greets our visitors and clients. Your day will be a mix of;

Rostering: Efficiently manage staffing rosters and participant schedules to ensure optimal coverage and service delivery.
Reception: Greet visitors and clients with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Office Administration: Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.
Support: Provide general support to the team and assist with various projects as needed.
HR: Maintain worker compliance

-Similiar experience in a previous role

-Strong verbal and written communication skills
