Job Title: Pilates Instructor

Location: Sans Souci

We're searching for an energetic, bubbly Reformer Pilates Instructor who loves people, brings great energy to every class, and isn't afraid to let their personality shine.

What We're Looking For

You might be perfect for this role if you:

Naturally make people feel welcome and comfortable
Have a warm, friendly, and positive personality
Love building relationships with clients
Bring fun, creativity, and character into your classes
Can motivate people without taking yourself too seriously
Have great communication skills and confidence leading groups
Create an environment where clients feel successful, regardless of their fitness level
Are reliable, professional, and team-oriented

What Matters Most

While teaching experience and Pilates knowledge are important, we care just as much about how you interact with people.

We can help develop great instructors, but genuine kindness, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude are qualities that can't be taught.

If clients leave your class smiling, feeling stronger, and looking forward to seeing you again, that's exactly what we're after.

Responsibilities

Deliver safe and engaging Reformer Pilates classes
Create a welcoming and inclusive environment
Build genuine relationships with clients
Learn clients' names and celebrate their progress
Maintain studio standards and professionalism
Contribute to the positive culture of One Body Pilates

Qualifications

Reformer Pilates certification (or currently completing certification)
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Previous teaching experience preferred but not essential
A passion for health, movement, and helping others feel their best
