400 Gradi Fine Foods is looking for experienced Production Cleaners to join our food manufacturing facility team on a full-time or Casual basis.
We are seeking reliable and experienced cleaners who are confident working in large-scale cleaning environments, such as food manufacturing, industrial facilities, hospitals, aged care, large commercial kitchens, or other hygiene-controlled workplaces.
This role is based in a busy food production facility, so strong attention to detail, consistency, and an understanding of hygiene and food safety standards are essential.
Required: Previous commercial, industrial, food production, manufacturing, or hygiene-controlled cleaning experience
Salary: Averaging approximately $25.85–$32.31 base hour rate + penalties depending on experience, employment type and working hours.

Full-time applicants must be available for afternoon/evening shifts, including shifts such as 12:00pm–8:00pm or 1:00pm–9:00pm
Casual applicants must have flexible availability, including the ability to work early morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts as required.

Gradi Fine Foods is part of the Gradi Group, operating a high-volume food manufacturing and production facility with attached office and communal spaces.
This role is focused on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety across production areas, shared spaces, equipment, and workplace facilities.
This is a dedicated cleaning role within a production environment. Successful candidates will be trained in our site-specific cleaning procedures, chemical use, hygiene requirements, and food safety standards.
You will be working as part of a small cleaning team, not in a solo role. The position suits someone who is physically capable, reliable, and comfortable completing detailed cleaning duties in a fast-paced factory environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning production areas, equipment, floors, surfaces, and workspaces
- Following daily and scheduled cleaning procedures
- Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards
- Safe handling and use of cleaning chemicals and cleaning equipment
- Supporting end-of-day production cleaning and reset procedures
- General housekeeping across production, shared, and workplace areas
- Working with the team to keep the facility clean, organised, and safe
About You:
- Previous experience in commercial, industrial, production, hospital, aged care, or large-scale cleaning environments
- Experience in food manufacturing, food production, commercial kitchens, or hygiene-controlled environments will be highly regarded
- Comfortable working in a factory or production facility environment
- Full-time applicants must be available for afternoon/evening shifts, including shifts such as 12:00pm–8:00pm or 1:00pm–9:00pm
- Casual applicants must have flexible availability, including early morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts as required
- Available to work across a 7-day roster, generally 5 days per week
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow cleaning schedules and procedures
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive cleaning duties
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Good communication skills and a positive team attitude
