About the Position:
Coolum Beach Dental is seeking a highly organised and proactive Front Office Coordinator to join the team on a Part Time basis.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience and smooth operation of our front office. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring a positive experience for both patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care: Assist with patient management, including greeting patients, preparing them for procedures, and ensuring their comfort.

Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the practice, including adherence to health regulations and industry standards.

Patient Relations: Address patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.

Front Office Administration: Manage office supplies, coordinate office functions, and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Coordination with Clinical Team: Work closely with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure that patient care is delivered efficiently and timely. Assisting the Dentist at ad hoc times

Compliance: Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols, as well as regulatory requirements in the dental practice.

What do you need to succeed ?

Experience as a Front Office Coordinator - you may have Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting, but most importantly be capable of working closely with a team and a willingness to continue to learn
