Job Title: STEM Tutor

Success Tutoring provides tutoring in all subjects for students in grades K - 12.
ROLE
The STEM Tutor is responsible for delivering engaging, hands-on STEM lessons that inspire
students, build confidence, and develop skills in robotics, coding, AI, science, and problem-
solving.
- Operate, manage and monitor the day-to-day activities of the business and its performance in accordance with the provided guidelines.
- Able to call, manage new leads
- Deliver fun and engaging STEM lessons including robotics, coding, AI, and science activities.
- Support students with hands-on building, coding, and problem-solving tasks.
- Create a positive classroom environment with strong behaviour management
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and management.
- Set up, maintain, and safely manage classroom equipment and resources.
- Represent Success Tutoring Gordon professionally while inspiring students to learn.
- Manage the administration of the business such as maintaining accurate records and enrolling new members.
- Conduct student assessments and review student performance, mark lessons
- when required and communicate with parents on a regular basis regarding the performance of their child.
- Listen to staff and customer feedback, track relevant Key Performance Indicators and report to the franchisee.
- Able to play a tutor role in absence of any other tutors
- REMUNERATION~ $30-40p/h + Bonus

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Must be undergoing or completing a bachelor degree at university
- Received adequate results during year 12
