Paediatric Occupational Therapist & Speech Pathologist

What You’ll Do

️ Maintain a Diverse Caseload

Work with children and families across various life stages and diagnoses.
Deliver therapy in clinic, home, school, or community settings with clients funded by NDIS, HCP, Medicare, DVA, or CHSP.
Tailor your caseload to align with your unique interests and professional goals.

Promote Clinical Excellence

Collaborate on innovative therapy models and maintain best practices.
Participate in professional development opportunities to advance your skills.

Support Career and Personal Development

Engage in structured mentoring and supervision programs.
Inspire and guide emerging professionals in the field.

Contribute to Service Improvement

Lead or collaborate on projects to enhance clinical practice.
Develop and deliver training materials to support ongoing excellence.

Leadership and Governance

Contribute to practice standards and service improvement projects.
Lead training sessions and develop materials to enhance clinical skills.

What You’ll Need

Qualifications

Relevant registration with AHPRA or SPA.
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check.
Driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle.

Skills

Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Experience

Leadership experience in paediatric OT/SP services.
Proven track record within the NDIS sector.
