1) DERMAL NURSE
Role Overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse with a genuine passion for skin and aesthetics. In this role, you’ll not only take on the responsibilities of a Dermal Clinician but also have the potential to expand your skills by learning and performing cosmetic injectables, following a minimum of two years in a skin-focused position.
Please note that this role is primarily skin-focused and not suited for those interested solely in Cosmetic Injecting.
What the role entails:
- All responsibilities listed in the Dermal Clinician role
- Potential opportunity to train and perform cosmetic injectables under supervision
- Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans that may include both skin treatments and injectables
Qualifications & Requirements:
This is a part-time permanent position. You need:
- Bachelor of Nursing with AHPRA registration
- Experience in a clinical/private practice setting
2) DERMAL CLINICIAN
Role Overview:
As a Dermal Clinician, you will:
- Assess clients’ skin concerns and craft tailored treatment plans for effective, lasting results
- Conduct laser, facial and needling treatments, and recommend suitable skincare products to enhance outcomes
- Regularly monitor clients’ progress, providing guidance to ensure their satisfaction and success
- Handle essential administrative duties, including managing client records and maintaining clinic cleanliness and hygiene
Qualifications & Requirements:
This is a part-time permanent position. You need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Dermal Sciences or beauty therapy or an equivalent qualification
In addition to being a Dermal Nurse/Clinician, you will need:
- Australian working rights
- Excellent English language proficiency
- Excellent communication skills and dedication to customer service
- Ideally, good knowledge of the skin and professional treatments and services
- Be willing to learn new skills and be able to work both independently and within a team
- Willingness to participate in additional training
- The ability to multitask and function in a highly organised and time-efficient manner
- Positive and professional, caring and passionate
3) CLINIC ADMINISTRATOR
What the role entails:
This is an active and busy role involving overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including:
- Managing the reception to ensure the clinic runs efficiently
- Meeting & greeting clients and tending to their needs and enquiries
- Managing appointment schedules
- Handling & updating payments and EOD reports
- Tidying, cleaning, and sanitising the clinic
- Placing orders and performing daily stock take
- Assisting the team with ad-hoc administration tasks
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Australian working rights
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role
- Excellent English language proficiency
- Excellent communication skills and dedication to customer service
- Computer skills
- Drive, commitment and willingness to work effectively within a team
This can be a casual or part-time permanent position. The successful candidate must also be available to work evenings and Saturdays.
