Key Responsibilities

Lead IT infrastructure strategy and architecture design
Oversee cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments
Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance
Manage servers, networks, storage, and data center operations

Implement cybersecurity and infrastructure security controls
Manage IT operations, monitoring, and incident response
Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Oversee vendor, telecom, and technology partner relationships
Optimize infrastructure costs and resource utilization
Lead infrastructure projects and system upgrades
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
Collaborate with application, security, and development teams
