Join Our Team at St Thomas More OSHC!

We’re looking for a passionate Casual Educator (Children’s Services Employee) to join our friendly team at St Thomas More Outside School Hours Care in Sunshine Beach.

Located on the grounds of St Thomas More Catholic Primary School — just minutes from the stunning Sunshine Beach — our service cares for up to 60 children before and after school.

Our mission is simple: to create a fun, safe, and supportive environment where children can relax, learn, and grow through a mix of child-led and educator-guided experiences.

A Day in the Life of an OSHC Educator:

Provide nurturing, high-quality care for children
Create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment
Plan and deliver fun, inclusive recreational and educational activities
Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve the best outcomes
Join exciting excursions during vacation care
Come to work each day knowing you’re making a real difference!

What You’ll Need:

Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Hold (or be working towards) an ACECQA-approved qualification
A genuine passion for working with school-aged children
Strong communication and teamwork skills
