We’re on the lookout for a Full Time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at our One Mile Beach Holidays site.

Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll lead the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional standards and create a welcoming, high‑quality experience for all guests and residents.

In this Role, You’ll

Lead and organise the Housekeeping team, allocate tasks, supervise work quality, and ensure high standards.
Monitor guest feedback and room audits, using insights to improve service and escalate safety or maintenance issues.
Manage housekeeping operations, including stocktakes, ordering linen and amenities, and maintaining tidy storage areas.
Perform hands-on cleaning duties in rooms and common areas to meet health and guest standards.
Collaborate with the Park Manager and team, building strong relationships while supporting a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment.
