This is an excellent opportunity for a Science graduate who wants to start their career in Quality Assurance within Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Nutraceuticals or Consumer Healthcare.
About the Role
As a Quality Assurance Associate – Manufacturing, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality and safety standards before reaching consumers.
Working closely with Manufacturing, Microbiology and Quality teams, you'll gain hands-on exposure to quality systems, batch release activities, investigations and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
We are offering this opportunity to recent graduates within the life science/chemistry field, who bring passion, enthusiasm and a proactive mindset to solving problems. This role is based at our manufacturing facility in Braeside, Vic.
What You'll Be Doing
- Review manufacturing batch documentation and production records
- Support the final quality release of finished product batches
- Investigate customer complaints and prepare quality reports
- Assist with environmental and purified water monitoring activities
- Analyse and trend manufacturing HVAC data
- Work closely with production teams to ensure GMP compliance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing site
Contribute to maintaining quality systems that support product safety and compliance

About You
We're looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented and passionate about quality.
You may be:
- A recent graduate in Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, Food Science or a related discipline
- Looking to build a career in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Quality or Pharmaceutical Operations
- Comfortable working with data, documentation and technical reports
- An excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
