About the role:
Deliver high-quality, complex dental laboratory technical services across CQ, including performing a diverse range of advanced technical tasks to consistently high standards within a multidisciplinary team.
Provide strong leadership and operational support as the line manager for Senior Dental Technicians, including mentoring, offering technical guidance, and taking responsibility for their day-to-day performance and development.
Maintain excellent laboratory standards by adhering to service quality requirements, occupational health and safety policies, and infection control procedures, while ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
Actively contribute to team collaboration, continuous improvement, and service development by prioritising workload, communicating effectively, and participating in quality initiatives and procedural enhancements to support better patient outcomes.
About you:
Holding a Diploma of Dental Technology or a recognised equivalent qualification is mandatory, and along with this, the possession of demonstrated knowledge and experience in delivering high-quality dental laboratory technician services.
You are committed to continually developing your technical knowledge and skills in dental prosthetics, with the ability to independently solve complex technical challenges to a high standard.
You possess strong oral and written communication skills and thrive in multidisciplinary team environments, building positive and collaborative working relationships.
You have a proactive mindset with a genuine commitment to quality improvement and the demonstrated ability to mentor and provide technical leadership to other dental laboratory technicians.
What we offer:

Total monthly remuneration value of up to $11,042 p.m. is comprised of:

An hourly rate between $64.64 - $69.55 p.h.
12.75% employer superannuation contribution
17.5% leave loading
