We work closely with the architectural and design community to create spaces that are as beautiful as they are enduring. Our global marketing team is based in Southport, QLD, supporting all three regions with creative campaigns that connect with design professionals and homeowners alike.

About the Role

In this dual role, you'll work as part of our global marketing team — designing compelling campaign assets and managing our social media platforms across three regions. This is a full-time, in-house position based in Southport, QLD.

Responsibilities

Design and produce assets for marketing campaigns across digital and print — including social media graphics, EDMs, brochures, and advertisements.
Work closely with the marketing team to contribute to and execute marketing campaign initiatives.
Create collateral in collaboration with influencers and partner brands within the industry.
Plan, schedule, and manage daily content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook using Meta Business Suite.
Ensure all creative output aligns with Knotwood®'s brand guidelines and visual identity across all three regions.
Track and report on social media performance, using insights to refine content strategy.

Requirements

Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in graphic design with a solid portfolio across digital and/or print.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with EDM platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
Experience managing social media platforms LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook and familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social scheduling tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for grammar and tone.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
A collaborative attitude and willingness to grow within a team environment.
Full-time, in-house role only.
