We are looking for seasoned Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (Mechanical, Structures, or Avionics) to step into a mentorship role to support our up-and-coming Apprentices. If you have the knowledge and the passion to teach, we have a flexible workspace waiting for you.

What You Bring to the Hangar
We are looking for someone with a strong background in aircraft maintenance and a genuine desire to pass on their skills. To be successful, you will need:
- Qualifications: A Trade Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance, a Cert IV in Aeroskills, or a DASR 66 / CASA Part 66 Licence.
- Expertise: A solid understanding of aircraft maintenance documentation and safety practices.
- The Right Attitude: Patience, strong communication skills, and an eye for detail.
- Note: Prior military experience, heavy maintenance experience, or specific C-130J knowledge is highly regarded, but absolutely not mandatory.
