Full Job Description

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and social-media-savvy Social Media Executive / Content Creator to manage day-to-day social media activities and create engaging content across platforms.

The ideal candidate should understand current social media trends, have a strong sense of aesthetics and storytelling, and be comfortable creating both short-form video and static content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Manage and maintain social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

Develop and execute monthly and weekly social media content calendars.

Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.

Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and overall community engagement.

Stay updated with trending sounds, formats, hashtags, memes, and social media trends.

Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone, visual identity, and marketing objectives.

Content Creation

Create engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories, carousels, static posts, and other short-form content.

Ideate creative concepts, hooks, scripts, captions, and content formats.

Shoot and produce content using smartphones/cameras where required.

Coordinate with models, influencers, creators, photographers, and videographers.

Content Planning & Strategy

Research competitors and identify content opportunities.

Develop creative ideas based on current trends and audience behavior.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute new campaign ideas.

Convert marketing briefs into engaging social media content.

Assist in planning influencer and creator collaborations.

Ensure content is produced and published according to the approved calendar and deadlines.

Performance & Reporting

Track social media performance and engagement metrics.

Monitor reach, impressions, views, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.

Prepare regular social media performance reports.

Identify high-performing content and recommend ways to improve future content.

Test different content formats, hooks, captions, and posting strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and short-form video content.

Good knowledge of social media trends and viral content formats.

Strong copywriting and communication skills.

Basic to intermediate video editing skills.

Ability to create content independently from concept to execution.

Good sense of branding, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with influencers and content creators.

Understanding of social media analytics and insights.

Knowledge of paid social media advertising is a plus.

Comfortable appearing in videos or directing on-camera talent is a plus.

Timely execution of campaigns and content calendars.

The ideal candidate is creative, energetic, trend-aware, and execution-focused. They should not just wait for instructions but actively bring new ideas, identify trends, experiment with content formats, and find ways to make the brand more engaging on social media.
