What will you do?

Supervise junior cooking and other kitchen personnel and coordinates their assignments
Provide support to the Sous Chef for dinner services, degustation, food preparation and service
Observes and execute methods of food preparation and cooking, size of portion, and garnishing of food
Apply knowledge of various cooking techniques

More about you

Certificate III Commercial Cookery essential
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
Creativity and passion for food with a commitment to exceptional service
First Aid Certificate preferred
