Full Job Description

We are a growing privately owned dental practice looking to welcome a reliable and motivated Dental Assistant to our team.

We believe a great practice is built by great people, so we invest time in supporting our team and creating a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in doing things properly, and is looking for a stable workplace where they can grow over time.
Dental assisting experience is not required, but previous experience will be highly regarded. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Chairside assisting with the dentist
Greeting patients and helping them feel comfortable
Answering phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Booking appointments and managing the schedule
Processing payments using HICAPS
Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient work environment
Supporting reception and general administrative tasks as required

ABOUT YOU

Warm and clear communication with patients and team members
Calm, organised and solutions-focused
Reliable and professional
Good time management and organisational skills
Enjoys learning and improving over time
Dental assisting or reception experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
What matters most to us is attitude, professionalism and reliability
