An overview of the role:
This role manages four commercial assets for Growthpoint Properties Australia, serving as the off-site key contact for facilities and building management while ensuring operational excellence across multiple domains.

People & Team Leadership - Foster teamwork and performance excellence, ensuring contractors align with JLL's values of collaboration, communication, and strong work ethics.
Client Relations - Proactively manage stakeholder relationships across organizational levels, attend monthly/quarterly meetings and client events, prepare recommendations with the property team, and develop leasing strategies for timely tenancy delivery.
Procurement & Vendor Oversight - Manage vendor performance to ensure on-time, on-budget service delivery while maintaining compliance with client procurement guidelines and JLL best practices. Process invoices efficiently.
Contract Administration - Plan and deliver contracts cost-effectively, monitor expirations for timely re-procurement, conduct monthly KPI meetings with contractors, maintain accurate meeting minutes, and manage the tender process. Ensure all safety requirements including inductions, CM3 registration, safety plans, and SWMS documentation remain current.
Financial Stewardship - Meet or exceed financial targets while adhering to JLL's Code of Ethics. Follow financial processes consistently, manage budgets with variance commentary, and collaborate on annual operating and capital expenditure budgets.
Health & Safety Compliance - Provide safe working environments, ensure statutory fire/health/safety compliance, implement the JLL Permit to Work program with regular security staff training, and drive operational safety improvements.
Operations Management - Implement industry best practices and continuous improvement, maintain building procedures and performance measures, conduct routine site inspections, provide 24/7 emergency support, manage tenant lease issues, maintain property/tenant registers, and ensure consistent security of building systems.
Risk Mitigation - Implement property risk management programs including audits, maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, establish escalation and incident reporting procedures, and engage third-party specialists for operational/engineering audits (façade, lifts, etc.).
