About the role
We are currently looking for an applicant who would enjoy working as a Full Time Rostering Clerk. The successful applicant will work with a team who are passionate and thrive to ensure compatibility, continuity and the highest level of customer service is provided at all times to our valued participants and care staff. The role will include the allocation/scheduling of shifts to care staff in line with availability and skill set, with a high level of accuracy, and answering/responding to phone calls.
Skills and experience preferred but not essential
- Experience with a Rostering System (Visual Care) and the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award would be desirable
- Previous experience in Aged Care/Disability/Community Care
- Previous use of Rostering /Scheduling Systems
- Data entry with a high degree of accuracy
- High level of knowledge of Microsoft office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to prioritise workload
