The Opportunity
You’ll be joining a forward-thinking tech team where effective risk and security management are recognised as critical to business success. You’ll get hands-on experience across a variety of tech functions whilst being supported by knowledgeable professionals invested in your development.
You'll dive into a mix of hands-on projects that help shape the backbone of CTM’s IT governance, risk and compliance, including:
- Helping share and maintain IT standards and procedures
- Keeping key registers and other relevant records up to date
- Supporting internal control assessments and reporting outcomes
- Assisting in privacy impact assessments (PIAs) in collaboration with business teams
- Contributing to cyber and security awareness and training efforts
- Assisting with change management and data governance initiatives
- Helping design, test, and improve IT controls
- Preparing documentation to support audits and compliance checks

About You
You're early in your IT or Governance, Risk and Compliance journey (around one to three years in), with a solid grasp of IT control frameworks like ISO 27001 or NIST. You've dabbled in things like third-party risk and control assessments, and you're not afraid of documentation or digging into the details. You’re great at translating complex ideas for different audiences and enjoy working with both techies and non-techies alike.
