How You’ll Make an Impact

Lead with Impact: Elevate team performance to exceed KPIs while identifying refined opportunities to enhance revenue. Guide the clinic’s daily operations including manage rosters, ensure compliance, and maintain high clinical standards.

Creating Empowering Transformations: Deliver results-driven aesthetic treatments such as laser hair removal, advanced facials, skin needling, peels, masks, and Fractional RF, leaving clients feeling confident.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

A formal, internationally recognised beauty qualification (Cert IV minimum, Diploma of Beauty Therapy, or Diploma of Dermal Science).

Leadership experience in aesthetics, retail, or clinical settings with a results-driven mindset. Ability to build a positive team culture by being organised, supportive, and celebrating others success.

The ability to navigate and resolve complex client or operational challenges is highly valued.

For WA/QLD only: A valid Radiation Laser Hair Removal Licence or currently working towards obtaining one.
