Full Job Description

ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our well-established team in Port Macquarie. You’ll take on a well-maintained portfolio, supported by a professional and friendly team that values quality service and work-life balance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who is confident managing all aspects of residential property management with autonomy and professionalism.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage a tidy and well-maintained residential portfolio
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Conduct routine inspections, manage maintenance and repairs
Handle lease agreements, renewals, rent reviews, and arrears
Ensure compliance with NSW tenancy legislation and agency standards
Utilise industry-standard property management software

SKILLS

Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management
NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Strong working knowledge of NSW Residential Tenancies Act
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Current driver’s licence
