The Role
As a CMN GND Coach, your responsibility extends far beyond delivering sessions.
You will be responsible for:
- coaching sessions
- building relationships
- driving accountability
- supporting member progression
- creating atmosphere
- contributing to culture
- helping crew members achieve meaningful results
We believe coaching is a people-first profession.
The ability to connect, motivate and lead is just as important as technical knowledge. Strong relationships and trust are central to effective coaching and long-term member outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Session Coaching
- Deliver premium small-group strength and conditioning sessions
- Coach movement standards with confidence and attention to detail
- Create high-energy, engaging training environments
- Ensure all sessions feel structured, intentional and professional
- Adapt movements based on individual needs and limitations
Accountability Coaching
- Build relationships with crew members
- Follow up attendance and engagement
- Support goal setting and progression
- Conduct member check-ins
- Assist with onboarding consultations and movement assessments
Member Experience
- Create a welcoming and premium experience
- Learn member names, goals and training history
- Celebrate milestones and achievements
- Help foster a strong sense of belonging and community
Performance & Progression
- Support strength and conditioning progressions
- Assist with testing and tracking systems
- Monitor movement quality and confidence
- Contribute feedback to the coaching team
Modern strength and conditioning coaching extends beyond delivering workouts and includes progression tracking, athlete monitoring, movement competency and ongoing communication.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
- Cert III & IV in Fitness
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Experience coaching group training
- Strong communication skills
- Positive energy and professionalism
- Ability to build relationships quickly
- Passion for strength and conditioning
