Cafe All-Rounder – Join Our Hospitality Team!
Location: Alcoa Pinjarra/Wagerup | Casual | Hours: Monday - Friday 6am–130pm

The Metropolitan Hospitality Group is proud to partner with Alcoa Pinjarra & Wagerup, where we’re known for our quality coffee and outstanding service. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, professional environment where every customer leaves with a smile.

We’re currently looking for a Cafe All Rounder who is friendly, reliable, and energetic to join our on-site team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepares sandwich, wraps and rolls
Provide excellent customer service in a professional and friendly manner
Prepare quality coffee
Assist with food preparation in the kitchen
Maintain a clean and organised café space
Handle cash and process transactions accurately
Support opening and closing procedures
Follow all health and safety standards

About You:

2–3 years of kitchen and customer service experience
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Must be available to work Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 1:30pm
20 -25 hours per week
Positive attitude and strong commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences
