Warehouse Pick Packer / High Reach Forklift Operator
Location: Unit 4, 17 Watsford Road, Campbelltown NSW 2560
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Pay: $30 - $35per hour + staff discounts

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Pick Packer / High Reach Forklift Operator to join our Campbelltown warehouse team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, safety-focused, physically fit, and confident operating a high reach forklift in a busy warehouse environment.
What You’ll Do
- Pick, pack, wrap, load, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with receiving stock, container unloading, and put away
- Operate high reach forklifts and pallet jacks safely when required
- Handle bulky furniture items with care
- Support daily warehouse operations to ensure orders are dispatched on time
- Assist with regular cycle counts and stock control
- Use warehouse/inventory systems to update stock movements accurately
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe
- Work closely with the warehouse team and supervisors to meet daily targets
What We’re Looking For
- Current forklift licence — must be confident operating a high reach forklift
- Previous warehouse, pick packing, or dispatch experience
- Experience handling bulky goods or furniture is highly preferred
- CIN7 experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work Monday to Friday
- Safety-first attitude and a team-focused mindset
- Good communication and organisational skills
