The Opportunity
We’re seeking skilled Civil Construction Labourers to join our team, working on major projects in Sydney’s Southwest. This is a full-time, permanent role offering long-term stability and a strong pipeline of work.
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking Civil Construction Labourers to carry out a variety of manual labouring tasks on-site including:

Preliminary Works: Assisting with site setup and preparation.

Pavement Construction: Laying and finishing pavements to specifications.

Conduits & Subsoils: Installing conduits and subsoil drainage systems.

Pit Rendering: Applying rendering to pits as required.

Fencing: Installing and maintaining fencing around work sites.
-
Drainage: Assisting with the installation and maintenance of drainage systems.
-
Finishing Works: Completing final site finishing tasks.

General Labouring: Supporting general site duties as needed.
We Are Looking for Someone Who Has:

Prior experience in the construction industry is highly valued

Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team

Physically capable of performing the role’s duties

A construction white card
-
Valid Driver’s Licence with flexibility to travel between job sites

Strong commitment to health, safety, environment and quality standards

A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use initiative
