The Opportunity
We are seeking recent or soon-to-be graduates who are ready to begin their accounting career within a respected and growth-focused firm. This is an excellent opportunity to build strong technical foundations while working alongside experienced Partners and Managers in a supportive team environment. This role is planned to commence early July 2026.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our team, you will:
- Work with a diverse and interesting client portfolio across a range of industries
- Gain exposure to Business Advisory, Taxation, Superannuation, and related accounting services
- Develop your technical and analytical capabilities through hands-on experience
- Build strong professional relationships with clients and colleagues
- Receive ongoing mentoring, guidance, and structured training
- Work closely with senior team members and Partners on client engagements
- Develop your skills in cloud-based accounting platforms such as Xero and MYOB
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally:
- Be completing or have recently completed an Accounting degree in Australia
- Have a genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career in public practice accounting
- Be ready to commence or undertake your CA ANZ qualification
- Demonstrate strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Have exposure to cloud-based accounting software
- Be motivated to develop client relationships and commercial understanding
- Show initiative, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
- Have consistent academic results and a willingness to continue learning

Job Types: Full-time, Graduate
Pay: $60,000.00 – $63,000.00 per year
