Residential & Commercial Cleaner | Blue Mountains Cleans Casual | 15–25 hrs/week | Monday–Friday | Penrith to Faulconbridge

Blue Mountains Cleans is a growing local cleaning business built on consistency, reliability, and genuinely caring about the result. We service residential and commercial properties across the Lower Blue Mountains — and we're looking for the right person to join our team.

No cleaning experience? No problem.

Some of our best people have come from completely different backgrounds. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and take pride in your work — we'll teach you the rest.

We've seen great people come from: hospitality, childcare, retail, customer service, administration, and other hands-on service roles.

About the Role

You'll work across a mix of residential and commercial properties — sometimes solo, sometimes alongside the team. Every job follows clear systems and checklists so expectations are always straightforward.

Your day-to-day will include:

Bathrooms & kitchens
Vacuuming & mopping
Dusting & detail work
Following structured cleaning systems and checklists

Most shifts run between 8:30am–3:00pm, however you must be available to start as early as 6:00am when required.

Requirements

To be considered, you must:

Hold full working rights in Australia
Have a current Australian driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
Be physically capable of completing cleaning work
Hold (or be willing to obtain) a Police Check
