This role is the perfect opportunity for someone who is keen to break into the property industry, particularly individuals aspiring to build a career in strata management.

Full training is provided, ensuring a thorough understanding of the industry's intricacies. While previous strata or real estate experience is not required, a genuine interest in the property industry will be highly regarded.

The candidate we are looking for is driven, personable, self-motivated, and looking for a great company, with great opportunities.

In collaboration with your manager/s, your role will include:

Assisting strata managers in the management of their portfolio
Serving as the primary point of contact for strata committees, owners and tenants
Nurturing relationships with clients and contractors
Handling administrative duties related to the managers portfolio
Reading, interpreting and understanding the relevant legislation.
Processing and following through with maintenance requests
Document preparation prior and post meetings

We require:

Keen attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Current driver's license
Exceptional written and spoken English; knowledge of a second language is advantageous
Willing to obtain or already have Certificate of Registration in Strata Management
A positive outlook and dependable nature
Eager to learn & be proactive!
