This position provides support for our customers over the phone, and is based in Penrith. As an Employment Partner (Support Consultant) you will be supporting sites across the country via phone or video servicing. This means you will need to be available to work Western Australia times (12pm - 8pm AEDT) . After training, you will have the opportunity for hybrid working arrangements.

- Developing strong rapport to understand your participants' needs, interests, skills and experience
- Assisting with participants’ resumes, job applications and interview preparation
- Identifying and assessing barriers towards employment and creating solutions to support them at work and ongoing
- Creating job plans with our participants to support clear pathways into sustainable employment
- Increasing our participants' employability through training and other support services
- Sourcing employment opportunities through networking and sales strategies
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential employers and community organisations
Supporting Sites with administrative tasks
