Your Core ResponsibilitiesPractice Operations & Workflow
- Oversee daily practice operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Maintain exceptional standards across reception, administration, and patient care coordination
- Improve systems, processes, and operational efficiency
- Ensure a seamless patient experience from booking through to treatment completion
Team Leadership & Support
- Lead and support the reception and clinical coordination team
- Coordinate staffing, rostering, and day-to-day workflow
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff training
- Foster accountability, communication, and a positive workplace culture
Systems, Compliance & Quality
- Maintain effective recall and patient follow-up systems
- Ensure infection control and compliance protocols are consistently maintained
- Monitor operational standards and identify areas for continuous improvement
Inventory, Suppliers & Equipment
- Manage stock levels and ordering processes
- Coordinate equipment servicing and maintenance schedules
- Maintain strong supplier relationships
Financial Performance & Reporting
Monitor and support key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
- Treatment acceptance
- Patient retention and recall effectiveness
- Appointment utilisation and pre-bookings
- Practice efficiency and operational performance
Assist with reporting, payroll, and bookkeeping (depending on experience).
Growth & Patient Experience
- Support patient retention and growth initiatives
- Assist in implementing systems that improve patient satisfaction and business performance
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice
About You
You are likely someone who is:
- Experienced in dental practice management (highly preferred) or healthcare practice management
- Highly organised, proactive, and dependable
- Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
- Strong with systems, processes, and attention to detail
- Professional, approachable, and confident in communication
- Experienced in leading teams and creating accountability
- Motivated to continuously improve standards and efficiency
Experience with dental software and KPI-driven environments will be highly regarded.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
