About the Role
We're looking for a driven and collaborative Bid Coordinator & Marketing Consultant to join our NSW Marketing & Pursuits team on a 9-month fixed-term contract.
This key role is crucial in delivering TSA Riley's tender submissions (through administration, coordination and writing) and regional marketing strategy. You will help ensure the quality of all submissions, working closely with teams across the state and leadership teams to secure new opportunities.
In this role, you will coordinate the development of high-quality bid submissions, bringing together inputs from across the business to create clear, consistent and compelling responses. Working closely with a Pursuit Manager, you will focus on managing content, contributors and timelines, ensuring each submission aligns with TSA Riley's strengths, values and strategic priorities.
This position also assists with building brand awareness through local events, sponsorships and memberships in our NSW business. You will work with leadership and a Marketing Manager APAC to plan and execute activities that align with our strategic business goals, helping to position TSA Riley as a leader within both the property and infrastructure sectors.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Management, or equivalent in related discipline is preferable, however 5 years' experience in a related role also considered.
- With 2-4 years' experience in Pursuits or Marketing roles, you have worked within the property, infrastructure, professional services and public sectors (or similar).
- You preferably have a background in tendering, with an understanding of compliance requirements.
- You preferably have experience managing the end-to-end bid process, including bid response writing and delivery.
- You have the flexibility and willingness to work across the Pursuits and Marketing streams with agility to focus and prioritise work.
- You have strong communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive proposals and manage a diverse range of stakeholders.
- You have demonstrated experience, or are eager, to execute marketing programs and activities that build brand awareness, including but not limited to marketing collateral, events, sponsorships, social media and content.
