We are seeking the expertise of a Marketing & Bid Coordinator to join our Sydney CBD team, on a 12 month maternity leave contract. Your duties will include;

Lead end-to-end production of major tenders and proposals, coordinating inputs from Project Managers and subject matter experts.
Reviewing tender documentation and evaluation criteria; drafting, editing and designing content.
Completing detailed quality assurance to ensure a compliant, compelling and gap-free submission.
Lead the entire marketing function for our Project Leaders team on a national basis.
Internal and external communications, as well as drafting and sending out quarterly newsletters.
Monitor the tenders and submissions emails, creating entire presentations on PowerPoint and Indesign.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience working in a Marketing/Bid/Submissions Coordinator/Executive position within the Construction industry is highly desirable.
Good communication skills both written and oral, ability to converse with all levels of staff.
Strong attention to detail with ability to prioritise urgent requests.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) with exposure to Adobe Indesign is highly desirable.
