The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join our high-performing Litigation & Dispute Resolution team in Sydney on a full-time basis.

This is a fantastic role for someone looking to build their experience in litigation and grow their career in a supportive, collaborative environment where your development is genuinely encouraged.

You’ll work closely with a team of experienced lawyers, gaining exposure to a range of matters while playing a key role in keeping things running smoothly day-to-day.

What You’ll Do

Preparing and formatting correspondence and court documents.
Filing court documents (including e-filing) in accordance with court requirements.
Liaising with barristers, mediators, experts and court administrators.
Communicating with clients and coordinating meetings and teleconferences.
Managing diaries, emails and calendars.
Opening and closing files.
Assisting with end-of-month billing.
Providing general administrative support, including scanning, filing and document management.

About You

You’re organised, proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

You will bring:

Demonstrated experience in a support or administrative role within a law firm (litigation experience preferred but not essential).
Strong communication and client service skills.
Excellent attention to detail and time management.
Confidence working both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems.
