Win together through enterprise collaboration: Unite cross‑functional product insights into a single portfolio view, establishing a Pricing Centre of Excellence that embeds customer‑behaviour‑led pricing and analytics to drive sustainable growth.
Own outcomes & build high performance: Lead 3‑year strategy and full P&L and balance sheet delivery, while building a high‑performing team culture grounded in accountability, innovation, risk discipline and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will join the Personal Everyday Banking team that’s doubling down on customer obsession, moving with speed, keeping it simple, owning it and winning together.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

Drive growth across the Personal Everyday Banking portfolio using data-driven insights and strategic initiatives.
Embed a customer-obsessed culture, creating propositions that strengthen relationships and delight customers.
Deliver financial targets and benefits, ensuring alignment with the integrated portfolio strategy.
Manage risk and compliance proactively, maintaining adherence to agreed frameworks.
Lead and motivate teams, fostering clarity, capability, and collaboration.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver for our customers. You’ll need:

Significant experience within financial services
Extensive experience operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business within the financial services industry
Experience developing, articulating and implementing business strategy that achieve intended outcomes measured through shareholder, customer, and employee value.
Experience developing a long-term strategy that leverages key differentiators in the market.
Demonstrated ability to be strategic and think highly numerically and commercially.
Demonstrated ability to advocate cross-functional analysis of problems, encouraging cooperation across functions on key decisions.
