Own the technical vision for a fast-growing fintech platform delivering Super and Managed Funds experiences. You'll set architectural direction, lead a team of principal engineers and solution architects, and work directly with the CTO to turn business strategy into scalable, cloud-native systems.
What you'll do:
Define and drive the platform architecture roadmap
Lead and mentor a distributed team of senior engineers and architects
Own key technology decisions across microservices, cloud infrastructure, and large-scale distributed systems
Bridge technical and business stakeholders, translating complexity into clarity
Govern architecture standards and manage risk across the org
What you'll bring:
5+ years in software architecture, 3–5+ in a leadership role
Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), microservices, and event-driven architecture
Hands-on coding ability across multiple languages
Strong CI/CD, Kubernetes/Docker, and DevOps fundamentals
A track record of leading high-performing engineering teams in scale-up environments
Bonus points for: AI/ML experience, regulated industry exposure, or startup DNA.
