We are currently recruiting for a Demi Chef & Chef de Partie. You must be a team player who is highly motivated, dedicated and have demonstrated experience in the role you are applying for. Controlling a section of the kitchen, you will be responsible for: assisting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with all aspects of kitchen operations, preparing, cooking and presenting a variety of a la carte dishes to the highest standard, developing and enforcing service, presentation and operational standards, ensuring consistency and quality at all times, assisting in menu planning, development and costing, ordering stock, kitchen supplies and equipment and control all stock levels where required, assisting with ongoing staff training and development, receiving, signing and accounting for supplies and deliveries. These positions are available to commence as soon as possible.
