We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Bus Drivers to join our casual on-call team, primarily supporting rail replacement services across Melbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers who enjoy flexible work arrangements and want to play a direct role in keeping Melbourne's public transport network moving.
You will be rostered on an as-needed basis, including weekends, public holidays, and short-notice callouts to cover planned and unplanned Metro rail disruptions
This position is well suited to semi-retired drivers or anyone seeking flexible working arrangements, with an average of 5-15 hours per week available and the option to take on additional hours when available if desired. We are currently in the process of expanding our business and fleet and with this will come the opportunity for more hours for those drivers who would like them.
The role is based at our Hallam depot and offers above award pay rates. Drivers will operate a fleet of well-maintained low-floor buses in a relaxed and supportive working environment, where drivers are valued and treated with respect.

Requirements:
- Minimum MR Licence
- Current Driver Certificate (DC)
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Previous MR experience preferred but not essential
