About the Role

Casual positions available
Located in Orange NSW
Provide clinical leadership within a supportive aged care environment
Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care to residents

Key Responsibilities

Deliver clinical leadership and evidence-based nursing care
Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and lead decision-making
Build meaningful relationships with residents and support their goals
Liaise with GPs, allied health professionals, and families
Supervise and mentor Personal Care Workers
Contribute to a holistic and collaborative care environment

About You

Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and time management abilities
Compassionate, adaptable, and resilient
A genuine passion for aged care
Experience in aged or community care desirable but not essential
New graduates and nurses transitioning from other healthcare settings are encouraged to apply
