Position: Business Analyst (Full-time)

With a growing reputation in the construction and renovation industry, we collaborate closely with builders, cabinet makers, developers, and homeowners to provide customized stone solutions for kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business
requirements.
Investigate and evaluate current business processes, procedures, and
workflows.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements and system
enhancements.
Develop project plans using established project management methodologies.
Support implementation and deployment of business and system solutions.
Create and execute system testing plans and ensure successful outcomes.
Prepare user guides, training materials, and conduct staff training sessions.
Develop detailed functional specifications for developers and technical teams.
Use data and process modeling techniques to support system design and
development.
Act as a key point of reference for project coordination and business decision-
making.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Business, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar Business Analyst role.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with business process improvement and project coordination
Australian work rights required.
