Are you an organised, outgoing, and reliable individual who thrives in a fast-paced office environment? Assured Locksmiths are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our team!

About the Role:
In this role, you'll provide essential support to our team. You’ll be responsible for a range of administrative duties, so strong multitasking skills and attention to detail are key. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their administration career or looking to build on their existing skills in a supportive, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

General office administration, customer service and support
Assisting with data entry and records management
Supporting various departments as needed
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email
Assisting with booking and scheduling jobs
Liaising with customers, suppliers and technicians

What We're Looking For:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Friendly, outgoing personality with a can-do attitude
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced office setting
Keen to learn, develop their skills and become part of the business long-term.
Previous administration experience is not essential, full training will be provided to the right person.
