Join the Team
As an Executive Enablement Officer, you will enable the Executive Director and broader team to operate at pace and with precision across complex, system-wide digital health transformation programs. You’ll act as secretariat for critical executive governance forums, provide executive administrative support to the Executive Director, shape high-quality executive briefings, and drive an effective operational cadence across the team while working closely with senior stakeholders and partner entities.
In this role, you will:
- Act as the secretariat for critical executive governance forums, ensuring clear agendas, papers are consolidated and distributed on time, with strong minutes and actions documented and followed up.
- Provide executive assistance support to the Executive Director, managing all administrative needs and ensuring seamless coordination, prioritisation, and follow‑through across all executive activities.
- Lead and coordinate the teams operational cadence, ensuring priorities, governance forums, and deliverables are proactively managed.
- Prepare and synthesise high-quality executive briefings, reports, and decision papers from multiple inputs.

About You

We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience in executive support and governance, including preparing briefings, reports, and committee papers.
- Acts as the Executive Director’s key administrative anchor, ensuring their time, priorities, and information flow are managed with clarity and precision.
- Demonstrates excellent stakeholder engagement skills, working confidently with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Communicates clearly and concisely, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
- Is highly organised and proactive, able to manage competing priorities and anticipate executive needs.
Qualifications and experience:
- Relevant experience in executive support, PMO coordination, governance, or similar roles.
- Tertiary qualifications in business administration, project management, public administration, or related field (desirable).
