As a result of an internal secondment within our Talent Acquisition team, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Talent Acquisition Advisor to join us until the end of 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys building relationships, managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns, and contributing to strategic talent initiatives within a large and complex organisation.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to deliver efficient, professional, and high-quality recruitment services across a broad portfolio of professional roles. You will play a key role in attracting and engaging top talent, while ensuring an outstanding experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

The Role involves:

Managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for professional staff roles
Partnering with hiring managers to deliver effective talent solutions
Developing sourcing strategies and managing recruitment campaigns through platforms such as LinkedIn and SEEK
Preparing job briefs, advertisements, employment contracts, and recruitment documentation
Providing expert advice to hiring managers and panels on recruitment processes, interviews, candidate management, and offers
Coordinating shortlisting, interviews, and recruitment activities to ensure efficient and compliant outcomes
Supporting positive candidate experiences
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, talent projects, and broader attraction and retention strategies

This fixed term role is fulltime at a HEW 6 Higher Education worker Level and is located at Callaghan Campus (Worimi and Awabakal land)
