Full Job Description

Comcut Group is an award-winning signage and engineering company located in Sydney’s North West (Mulgrave). We are seeking a Production Manager to join our team. You will be a team leader and be involved in the co-ordination, manufacture and installation of all aspects of signage. Maybe you are a Sign Writer looking to diversify your career by taking on a leadership role!

The Position requires you to:

Be hands on in manufacture
Have a background in fabrication
Have knowledge in all aspects of signage manufacturing, including areas such as pylon signs digital printing, plastic and metal fabrication, and LED signs
Prioritise workflow, communicate with production staff and supervise the production processes
Have Flexi sign or Sign based programs experience
Have a sound knowledge of sign installation methods and to ensure staff follow the necessary safety regulations
Develop and manage processes and systems
Have the ability to lead a team and mentor other team members
Ensure a high standard of safety, quality, service and communication
Highly organised and process driven
Hold a current Australian driver’s licence

The following would be highly regarded with knowledge in:

Welding skills
CNC router operation
EWP licence
