The Role We are seeking reliable, hard-working General Labourers to join our growing team in the Central West. You'll be working across a variety of construction and concreting projects, supporting tradies and operating in a hands-on outdoor environment. Responsibilities Assist concreters and carpenters on-site Manual handling, site preparation and clean-up Formwork assembly and stripping Mixing, pouring and finishing concrete under supervision Operate basic hand and power tools Follow all site safety procedures and WHS requirements
What We're Looking For :
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
- Current White Card (Construction Induction)
- Driver's licence (essential)
- Willingness to learn and work towards further qualifications
- Previous labouring or construction experience advantageous but not essential
On-site accommodation available where required / Assistance finding accommodation in Warren township if needed
88-day visa (regional work) accepted — long-term qualified staff preferred
