The successful candidate will have a high energy approach, a willingness to learn and ambition. You will need a current driver’s licence and your own car with a current agent's representative certificate – or we can work with you to obtain this.
Responsibilities of the role include (but are by no means limited to);
- Generating new business (telephone marketing & door-knocking)
- Attending 'Open For Inspections' & private inspections
- Assisting with phone & email inquiries
- Conducting Buyer Follow Up via telephone and email.
- Writing follow-up reports to vendors
- Preparing property reports
- Database management
- Vendor & purchaser liaison
- Contract preparation & solicitor liaison
- Processing new listings and advertising schedules
- Scheduling appointments
- Preparing and cursting marketing campaigns
