Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant – Casual Role Available | Gregory Hills

We’re a modern, specialist endodontic clinic in Gregory Hills seeking a warm, organised, and reliable Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant to join our close-knit, supportive team.

This is a varied and dynamic role within a productive and efficient environment—while your main focus will be on reception and patient coordination, all team members are cross-trained to assist with sterilisation and provide chairside support when needed. What You'll Be Doing:

Welcoming patients and managing all front desk duties
Answering phone calls, managing emails, and scheduling appointments
Updating and maintaining digital dental records
Performing sterilisation and infection control procedures
Providing occasional chairside assistance for endodontic procedures

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in reception or admin (dental experience is a plus, but not required)
Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting is desirable—but not essential (We’ll support the right candidate through training and certification)
Confident, friendly communicator with great organisational skills
A team player who takes pride in their work and attention to detail
Open to trainee applicants—we're happy to train the right person

(Trainee rates may apply while skills are developing)Role Details:

Pay: $28-38/hr + super (depending on experience)
Hours: Between the hours of 7:30am–5:30pm, Monday–Friday (no weekends)
Employment Type: Casual (8-35 hours/week)
Location: Gregory Hills, NSW
Perks: Free onsite parking, supportive team, hands-on experience across roles
