As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven and results-focused Google & Digital Ads Specialist to join our team in-house.

The Role
Manage and optimise digital marketing activity across Google Ads and SEO for Pilates Reformers Australia. The Google Ads & SEO specialist is responsible for driving traffic, leads, and online sales through data-driven campaign management, keyword strategy, and ongoing performance optimisation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, and Remarketing
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website performance
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimise for ROAS, conversions, and lead generation
- Work closely with our marketing and operations team to align campaigns with launches, promotions, and brand goals
- Analyse website traffic and customer behaviour using Google Analytics and related tools
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Assist with Meta Ads management across Facebook and Instagram
Competencies and Experience:
- Demonstrated interest in digital marketing, performance advertising, and SEO/SEM principles.
- Exposure to or working knowledge of Google Ads and/or SEO
- Familiarity with Google platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager is desirable.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including keyword research, campaign optimisation, and performance tracking.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Formal qualifications in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field are desirable, including completion of relevant courses or certifications.
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
