Redcape Hospitality is looking for a Gaming Attendant to join the team at Parklands Tavern in Meridan Plains on the Sunshine Coast.

This role suits someone who enjoys looking after customers, can stay switched on during busy shifts and takes pride in keeping the gaming floor running smoothly.

You’ll be supported by clear expectations, training and strong in-venue leadership as you build confidence in the role.

About the role

As a Gaming Attendant, you’ll work closely with the Gaming Manager and wider venue team to provide attentive, professional and compliant service across the gaming floor.

What you’ll be doing

Provide fast, friendly and professional service across the gaming floor
Deliver drinks responsibly in line with RSA requirements
Follow RSG requirements, including harm minimisation practices
Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming gaming environment
Assist with customer queries, service requests and busy trade periods
Support the team to keep service standards high across the venue

What we’re looking for

You’re warm, friendly and genuinely enjoy looking after customers
You’re available to work a mix of days, nights, weekends and public holidays
You’re comfortable juggling customer service, floor awareness and competing priorities
You have hospitality experience, ideally in a pub, gaming or similar venue
You’re confident handling cash, balancing tills and following cash control procedures
You hold a current RSA and RSG; Keno experience and CLO, or willingness to obtain CLO, are highly regarded
