Full Job Description

Butcher / Qualified Smallgoods Maker

Eve Smallgoods is seeking a butcher. You must be able to work 30 plus hours per week and be able to competently complete the following tasks:

Know how to competently use the following machines; mincer, tumbler, pickle injector, filler, vacuum packing machine.
You must have knowledge of all butchering techniques.
Safe food handling and high level of hygiene
Work both independently and as a member of the team.
You must be able to supervise and direct other team members.
End of day cleaning and packing product.
Start time: 5:00am Monday - Friday with no weekend work
Finish time: average is 2-3pm but will vary day-to-day
Potential for a salary position

The 5th generation of smallgoods makers in our family since 1878.
